Hi Folks,

Downloaded Alpha4 yesterday.

I'm using the SpaceFM-IceWM Desktop from a Live USB environment using Static Root Persistence.

SpaceFM does not recognise my Digital Camera (PTP only). Neither does PCManFM. With GALPon MiniNo Ártabros 2.1, which uses an earlier version of PCManFM (0.9.10), the camera is automatically mounted in PCManFM without gphoto2 nor gphotofs being installed.

Thanks, MTB.

In the boot menu, use F4 to select automount=all
then (hopefully) gphoto2 will successfully autodetect the camera when you connect it.

Also, check out this short video:

Nup, nada, zip __{{emoticon}}__

I have been wondering if the udevil.conf needs editing but I don't know what to do.

gtkam can detect the camera and display the photos but I can't see what utility it's using to do that. gtkam lists libgphoto2-6 as one of its dependencies. gtkam indicates that a PTP2 driver is being used but there is nothing in Synaptic for this. Could it be compiled into the gtkam binary?

When I use the mount command in terminal I don't see any likely candidates for a file system being used.
