I was drinking my coffee and came up with this coffee based theme for JWM.

Image

Here's the theme file if anyone is interested.
As usual , make a text file in the themes directory and name it"coffee.cream"
Paste all the text into the file.

<JWM>

<!-- coffee.cream -->
<WindowStyle>
<Font>Terminus Bold-14</Font>
<Width>5</Width>
<Height>24</Height>

<Active>
<Text>white</Text>
<Title>#6F4E37:#DEB887</Title>
<Outline>#7B3F00</Outline>
</Active>

<Inactive>
<Text>white</Text>
<Title>#DEB887:#6F4E37</Title>
<Outline>#DEB887</Outline>
</Inactive>
</WindowStyle>

<TaskListStyle>
<Font>Terminus Bold-12</Font>
<ActiveForeground>white</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#6F4E37:#DEB887</ActiveBackground>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
<Background>#DEB887:#6F4E37</Background>
</TaskListStyle>

<TrayStyle>
<Font>Terminus Bold-16</Font>
<Background>#DEB887</Background>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
</TrayStyle>

<ClockStyle>
<Font>Terminus Bold-16</Font>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
</ClockStyle>

<PagerStyle>
<Outline>black</Outline>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
<Background>#6F4E37</Background>
<ActiveForeground>black</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#DEB887</ActiveBackground>
</PagerStyle>

<MenuStyle>
<Font>Terminus Bold-14</Font>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
<Background>#DEB887</Background>
<ActiveForeground>white</ActiveForeground>
<ActiveBackground>#DEB887:#6F4E37</ActiveBackground>
</MenuStyle>

<PopupStyle enabled="true">
<Font>Terminus Bold-11</Font>
<Outline>black</Outline>
<Foreground>black</Foreground>
<Background>wheat</Background>
</PopupStyle>

</JWM>

The colors are
#DEB887 burleywood
#6F4E37 coffee
#7B3F00 chocolate
wheat spelled out
I like the font xfonts-terminus , you replace with you favorite flavor.
You get the idea anyway.
Enjoy

Thanks. Pleasantly mild on the eyes, and now I know how to make a JWM theme.

It's really kinda fun to play with the color schemes , it makes a big difference.
If anyone would like a specific color combo , let me know and I'll put something together for you.
Enjoy

Appreciate it big time, Colin. What's your source on the color codes? My Pantone Matching System isn't going to work here. - Eric

Is it possible to get a group of 3-5 to match across the 3 main WMs? (jwm/fluxbox/icewm)
I don't know if it would be needed or not... maybe anti could place his opinion on a matched theme set?

I use this page quite often.

========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://www.colorhexa.com/7aa1d1"
linktext was:"http://www.colorhexa.com/7aa1d1"
====================================

I have 2 more , but I can't paste a website with p h p on it here.
If we have some kind of IM messaging , I can send you a couple more.
JWM is the easiest to play with because it's just a text file for the colors , font , size , etc.
Icewm and fluxbox use multiple .xpm files for specific areas of the windows.
It would take probably 20 times longer to do them than a JWM theme.

Thanks for the link, Colin; it gives me a foot wedged in the door. I've always liked JWM, being a Puppy fan, and you've given me very good reason to continue liking it. - Eric

Here is your best starting point to get a feel of how the colors work.
It's ugly , but descriptive.
jwm-themes-make-simple-more-or-less-t6054.html
Just make a copy and rename the file and the content file header.
This way you know what is going to get colored and where it goes when active/inactive.
