After watching AntiX Core - antixsnapshot - Turn your customized install into an installable ISO!

I tried it and use Unetbootin -windows to make a USB boot stick [ 8 GB in size].

Tried booting to it but get

" could not find linuxfs"" antix/linuxfs"""

Think I missed a step or two.

did you happen to use a new (different) kernel. the version of snapshot in antix 13 is a ittle finicky about what kernel you use.

the way I get around that particular issue is to install a second kernel just for the snapshot, and then switch back after install.

No, but I had hoped it would work. As did hope to make a iso of my install against future need.

well, looks like you found a bug in antiX-15's snapshot, at least related to the version 4 kernel.
