In my original install of antiX-16 I did not reformat my separate home partition in the hopes of keeping several applicaton configuration and desktop files, not to mention avoid backing up 10G of music files. Problems ensued due to changes from 15 to 16.

This morning I decided to give up fiddling around and did a reinstall with a reformat of my home partition (after backing up some directories and many application and music files). As a result, most issues previously reported were resolved.

However:

- The new halo effect on my preferred wallpaper remains. Could this be due to some"upstream" change in display rendering? This effect does not show up when I view the file on another system.

- When I try to modify font rendering from the GTK2+ Control Center item my change from RGB to None is not saved. Something overrides it. I was playing around with this due to the wallpaper problem. I prefer to keep RGB anyway, but shouldn't I be able to modify this setting? Do I need to uncheck something?

- The Control Center item for editing my personal fluxbox menu can't find the personal menu in ~/.fluxbox. I think it goes to the / etc/skel one instead. I preserved all my fluxbox config files via the backup since I have several custom keybinds, menu items, etc. When the sesson starts, the keybinds and other customizations do go into effect, and the personal menu is active. So I'm guessing it is a Control Center problem.

That's the report from Wisconsin.
