Trying build antiX 16 or 16.1 in a Qemu-KVM vm, using the core.iso or the core.net.iso files. When booting from the downloaded media, boot always hangs at msg: waiting for /dev to be fully populated.
antix15, either the downloaded iso or an iso from from exiting system, works using the same Qemu configuration, antix 16 base and full also work with the same config.
I have tried tweaking various parameters, disk connectivity, such as sata, ide etc. removing things such as the mouse, changing the console type and the emulated nic, ensure bluetooth is not enable, all to no avail.
Any ideas?
