hi, i am new user to antiX, now my laptop is fast and i am happy.

1. chinese fonts
i would like to be able to display Chinese characters when i surf net,
currently i think there is no chinese font installed so character look like a square with numbers.

can some one help on how to get the correct font and install?

2. network file sharing with win xp/7 computers
can some one help point to how i could share files on LAN with winxp/7 machines?

Debian-based GNU/Linux

apt-get install ttf-arphic-uming

should be enough

oh thank you so much anticapitalista,

i took me just 3 minutes to apt-get install ttf-arphic-uming
and it works, i now can view all the chinese font.

now need to learn how to network file sharing...

There should be some posts on network file sharing. I don't really use it.
