Hello. I saw some other distros using fbpager and installed in antix using synaptic. I made a config file using the fb website's default file and saved it in ~/.fluxbox. I also have"fbpager &" in my startup file and"fbpager" in slitlist. However, when I run fbpager, it doesn't seem to display any windows on any desktop. Any ideas? Thanks.

I just tried installing fbpager. I also used the default configuration from the fluxbox site. However, the command you want is fbpager -w from terminal or fbpager -w & if from the startup file. The -w will put the pager in the slit (w for withdrawn mode, from the windowmaker days, I believe). Anyway, I got 4 panes. The pager would display"boxes" for programs started in that workspace, but if you moved an app from one workspace to another, it would disappear from the pager altogether.

I tried"fbpager -w" using fbrun and from a terminal. However, no windows appear in fbpager. When I put"fbpager -w &" in startup, I get a single white box in the slit - so it looks like fbpager doesn't like being launched at startup.

by any chance are you running just one desktop. this behavior is very similar to what I get when I'm only down to one desktop.

No - all 4 desktops are available.
