I installed xbattbar but when I open firefox in full screen is covered . how do I get xbattbar always visible with evilwm ?

Hi. You've posted to the"antiX-16 Berta Cáceres" subforum but"xbattbar" isn't part of antix16 nor is"evilwm".
I've noticed your similar grabbing-at-straws posts to the bunsenlabs.org forum.
You should really search around ~~ where are people already talking about evilwm? That would be a more likely place to find support.
