GogglesMM comes pre-installed but doesn,t work till you install several packages. It also required me to dist-upgrade to testing when I wanted to stay stable. It required pulseudio and a something caleed a demux which I serched and install everything with demux.

Just an FYI.

Another question, is there any problem running stable/testing = Debian only as I left Mepis off.

IMO it is best to run antiX without MEPIS repos, in fact, it is bet to run it with only the Debian repos (not even multimedia). Now if goggles wants an u[date and you are running stable, best to remove the gogglesmm repo (Now gogglesmm is in Debian)
