Google + does not support iceweasel or the version of it? Chromium works but the flash is outdated and I have to tell it to use it anyway. Is there not a way we can get this stuff updated?

OOPs, Forgot Chromium comes with flash built in (I use Iron instead) So it does not use the /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins folder for flash.

Chromium doesn't come with flash, but Chrome does. So, he should get Chrome if he use those google browsers and wants flash.

Yep. Just download the .xml and import it to Seamonkey/Iceape User agent switcher.
