I found IcedTea unofficial debian packages here:

========= SCRAPER REMOVED AN EMBEDDED LINK HERE ===========
url was:"http://people.debian.org/~mkoch/java/"
linktext was:"http://people.debian.org/~mkoch/java/"
====================================

However, I get some dependency problem:
#dpkg -i icedtea-jdk_7~b14-20070704-1_i386.deb
Selecting previously deselected package icedtea-jdk.
(Reading database ... 86961 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking icedtea-jdk (from icedtea-jdk_7~b14-20070704-1_i386.deb) ...
dpkg: dependency problems prevent configuration of icedtea-jdk:
icedtea-jdk depends on icedtea-jre (= 7~b14-20070704-1); however:
Package icedtea-jre is not installed.
dpkg: error processing icedtea-jdk (--install):
dependency problems - leaving unconfigured
Errors were encountered while processing:
icedtea-jdk
Maybe someone was already able to install IcedTea successfully?

The message says you need to install icedtea-jre as well. (and maybe other apps too)
