A Swift Linux user just alerted me that the installer not show up in the main menu. (This is my main concern at the moment.) A secondary issue is that auto-login does not work in my Swift Linux live CD even though it works in the antiX live CD.

Given this, there must be something missing from my remastering process. So far, the remastering process reflects the post-installation setup. I need to do something that addresses the live CD setup. One thing I did notice is that the live CD has a /aufs directory while the post-installation setup does not.

What do I need to do to control the parts of the setup specific to the live CD?

before doing any of this make sure you backup the originals
to fix the menu, need to add the antix installer to the menu in /etc/skel/.fluxbox or /etc/skel/.icewm that should fix the install link in the menu

For the auto login, I have not had this on my remasters but I would say that you need to change the slim.conf for" default_user demo"" auto_login yes"

I think that these would both be permanent in the install so I would make 1 startup script and edit the existing ones. the existing one should call the seccond, then the seccond runs commands to replace the menu file , and slim.conf with the originals and then replace the existing one with the original of the existing one.
