I`m asking for help on this forum because I can`t register on the Mepis forum due to some idiotic anti-spam messages. Ex: what animal resembles a tilde? WTF ? Other questions are similar. Another one; What 2 English words would you use to transcribe the symbol: !?: . How the hell do I know? If they want people to register make it easier.
I`m testing anti-X`s xfce spin based on Mepis and wanted to make a favorible comment but can`t. Thanks in advance.

Those questions are anti-spam techniques to separate out legitimate users from bots. We have not had problems with legitimate users not being able to answer one of the questions until now. The only animal that looks like a tilde is...a snake--see if that helps!

If that doesn't work for you, send me a PM here and tell me what username and pwd you would like, and I will be able to register you from my secret tech cave...

Looking forward to seeing your report--the second beta is at the door, so maybe you might want to wait and start with that so you don't speak to stuff that is already taken care of.

We were getting 15-20 spam posts per day, so looked around and found that Q&A is very hard for bots (among others, apparently).

Using tor i am usually getting blocked straight away.
Finally i gave up (Rright now i tested and i could connect though)

On a side note i really love anti-spam measurements which i for one am not able to answer (which happens to me very often, mainly with chaptas).
