Don't know if this is the right place to post this but here is my fstab:

# Pluggable devices are handled by uDev, they are not in fstab
/dev/hda4 / ext3 defaults,noatime 1 1
proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
devpts /dev/pts devpts mode=0622 0 0
# Dynamic entries below
/dev/hda1 /mnt/hda1 ext3 noauto,users,exec,relatime 0 0
/dev/hda2 swap swap sw,pri=1 0 0
/dev/hda3 /mnt/hda3 ext3 noauto,users,exec,relatime 0 0
/dev/cdrom /media/cdrom udf,iso9660 noauto,users,exec,ro 0 0
/dev/hdc /media/cdrom udf,iso9660 noauto,users,exec,ro 0 0

purged and reinstalled halevt.
purged and reinstalled pcmanfm 9.7.1
I have antix 11 installed on hda4
antix 8.5 on hda1
mepis8 on hda3

Now it crashes when I go to"my computer" and click on an icon.
9.8.1 is in SId repo's should I try it

That is exactly what happened to me the first time I used pcmanfm after my initial install.
Now after purging and reinstalling 0.9.7.1 I had it all borked. It displayed my partitions as icons in the main window but clicking on the icon gave me an error message each time. Also could not access them in /mnt/
I went back to pcmanfm 0.5 which works fine and I prefer the old version anyway except it won't show the thumbnails of picture files. (all files display with a text file icon)
Rox filer shows the picture thumbnails but either doesn't display my other partitions or I just don't know how to get to them. i never have used Rox.
So far this is the only issue I have with M11. Everything else works great.

Yes, they do show up OK in Rox /mnt/
so I can get to them there if need be.

i was able to get the icons to show in pcmanfm 0.5 by going back to the Lenny repo and downgrading shared-mime-info to the version in Lenny.
Now my pcmanfm is showing the icons and the partitions just like in antiX 8.5. Perfect!
