Hi there.

Tried to post a question in the Luddite forum, but was told:
"Forbidden. You don't have permission to access /posting.php on this server."

How come?

Hello!

You have run across a long time forum bug that we do not have control over. if you have a /etc anywhere in your post, the system will error our with the permission message you received.

so you either need to put a space between the / and the etc, or pull a trick like I did up above where I surrounded the / with the italics format code. For some reason that works, although the italics trick won't work in a code block.

The bug is a PITA, but you will learn to work around it. It is M A D D E N I N G.

Edit: I still forget about it sometimes, but you can use (/)etc if you need to.
