There is a basic antiX xfce iso available.

See here: antiX-xfce-apha1.iso available for testing

I'm thinking in a working LiveCD like you have for fluxbox...

I'll try the Xfce alpha version...

Note the antiX-xfce is very basic. It is really there for those who wish to take up the project and turn it into a full xfce, or for those who want a very minimal install.

It'll be a good learning experience for you if you want to try it out.

For example if you run it from the livcd, and choose the aufs option (the second one in the boot grub menu I think), you can install apps. They don't stay once the session is over, but it will help you learn a lot about what is happening beneath the surface.

Good for learning about life too! (ie look beneath the surface)

I highly recomend XFCE. It gives you a full desktop without all the bloat of kde or gnome. However you will have to learn how to set things up yourself. It's really not that difficult and you will learn alot it you don't have the point and click to go by. Besides you can always add apps from the other desktop enviroments.
