Ok. I approached this error like a biker bar room brawl and started throwing punches and kicks and barstools wildly. __{{emoticon}}__

I thought about the errors
blank line in value of field 'Description'
so I edited /var/lib/dpkg/status and also had to edit /var/lib/dpkg/available each time I got a error 2 on apt-get dist-upgrade. I ended up editing every entry of Daves entries in those files by using backspace to get rid of the empty line in the Description. Took a while. But

Code: Select all

root@Biker:/home/harry# apt-get dist-upgrade
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Calculating upgrade... Done
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.
N: Ignoring file 'jitsi.list.save' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension
N: Ignoring file 'jitsi.list.save' in directory '/etc/apt/sources.list.d/' as it has an invalid filename extension
root@Biker:/home/harry#
The jitsi error is normal and does not effect dist-upgrade. Notice error 2 is gone. I rebooted and I think I kicked ass in this bar room brawl (as usual) __{{emoticon}}__

I don't know what happened or caused all of this (LXDE in core install maybe conflicting with antix-cc-utils?)
But all is well that ends well. I can sure bork a install. But I can fix em to. __{{emoticon}}__

Wild and Crazy Biker strikes again!
